Below is what it’s like to work as a designer at low maturity design level culture organizations. The ‘After’ is what we have to do with it after bought the house. The more you have experiences, the better to handle it. Make it better without changing the people and leaders because it’s impossible, right? (people and leaders here is like the foundation of the house).
Below is when we work at high (or high enough) maturity design level organizations. It’s not just about looks good, tho. But what we have to do here, after bought the house is to improve the design, not build from scratch anymore with more budget.
